We want you to love how your sleepwear feels. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work.

Return Window

You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method.

Eligibility

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with all original tags attached.
• For hygiene reasons, intimate apparel and sleepwear must be returned in their original, unopened packaging.
• Final-sale and clearance items are not eligible for return unless they arrive defective.

How to Start a Return

Email info@intimateunderpinnings.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll send you return instructions within one business day.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 3–5 business days.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Start a return for the original item and place a new order — shipping is always free.
